RA56-cATM-KPW Universal Gateway

The cATM Universal Gateway is a dedicated appliance transaction module that installs into an Allen-Bradley ControlLogix chassis. It provides controller-to-controller data integration between Allen-Bradley controllers and a wide variety of other controller brands and network protocols. All drivers are included and there is no cost to use multiple drivers.

This includes connectivity between thousands of different devices through over 100 drivers encompassing both serial and Ethernet communications.

The module is a “configure and go” product with no programming required. Once the cATM Universal Gateway is configured, it automatically and transparently executes the exchange of data between controllers with no control program changes. Data can be transferred bi-directionally between the two controllers at configured rates enabling machine-to-machine connectivity for horizontal integration and migration at the control level. It also features a backplane interface that enables direct access to data in the ControlLogix processor, or through communication bridges.
