Setup and Configuration with the WorkBench Utility

xCoupler’s WorkBench utility is used for setup, administration and to configure tasks between the business system and plant floor equipment such as:

  • Placing plant floor data into a database table.
  • Downloading business system instructions to plant floor devices and receiving feedback.
  • Monitoring plant floor device data and setting email-based alarm set points for out of tolerance events.
